The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) graduation list is a master list submitted by tertiary schools that contain the names of graduates who are qualified for the one-year obligatory National Youth Service. You’ll discover how to check your name on the graduation list on this page.

Please keep in mind that the NYSC graduation list differs from the NYSC senate list. You will be able to tell the difference between the two lists after reading this article.

If you’re a graduate who wishes to serve in the NYSC, you must ensure your name appears on both the graduation and Senate lists, otherwise, you will not be able to register for NYSC.

What is NYSC graduation list?

NYSC graduation list is the list of graduates who qualify to participate in the National Youth service Crop. The Corps Producing Institutions (CPI) in Nigeria are required to submit their graduation lists to NYSC for easy documentation.

How to Check Your Name on NYSC Graduation List 2022

You can check your name on the National Youth Service Corps graduation list by following the steps by step guideline below;

• Go to the NYSC portal at portal.nysc.org
• Scroll down to find the “View Graduation List” link

• Click on the “View Graduation List” link. Afterward, a link will pop up. Fill the form, and
• Click on the” Extract PCM” button to view the list. (Follow the guideline below to fill the graduation list request form that will pop up when you click on” View Graduation List”)

• Select your Batch i.e. A, 2022
• Select your program i.e 1st Degree (University)
• Choose your Institution i.e EBONYI STATE UNIVERSITY
• Select your Accredited Course i.e Economics.
• Lastly, click on “Extract PCM.”

After you click “Extract PCM” you can view the graduate list as shown below.

Take note of the” Status” column if you have registered for NYSC before, the status will display “Registered” but if you have not registered, the status will display “Yet to Register” Then the numbers at the bottom (1,2,3,4) for toggling the list.

What is the difference between the graduation list and the senate list?

The following are the main differences between the NYSC graduation and the Senate list;

1. NYSC graduation list contains the names of all graduates, while the NYSC Senate list contains only the names of candidates eligible for service.
2. Graduation lists show whether a graduate has registered or has not yet registered, while senate lists indicate whether you’re eligible to register.
